Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

We hope you love your Noosa Tallow products. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email noosatallow@gmail.com with:
- Your Stripe receipt number, or the name and email address you ordered with
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (where applicable)
Change of Mind
Because our products are intended for personal use and hygiene, we can only accept change-of-mind returns if the product is:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original packaging with the seal intact
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if you'd like to arrange a return.
Once we've received and inspected the returned product, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Skin Sensitivities
Everyone's skin is unique. While we carefully select high-quality natural ingredients, we recommend performing a patch test before first use.
If you experience an unexpected reaction, discontinue use and contact us. We'll work with you to understand what happened and find an appropriate resolution.
How to Start a Return
Email noosatallow@gmail.com with:
- Your Stripe receipt number, or the name and email address you ordered with
- The reason for your return
We'll reply with the return address and any further instructions.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and assessing your return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
